The EULA provides that the information collected may include personal information such as first and/or last name, e-mail address, phone number, photo, mailing address, geolocation, payment information, age, gender, date of birth, zip code, hardware configuration, console ID, software products played, survey data, purchases, IP address and the systems the player has played on and that such information may be combined with the player's personal information and across other computers or devices that the player uses. Why is it that players are only now "asked" to accept the EULA and an outdated one too?ģ. What exactly is the difference between the EULA last updated on Januand the one last updated on May 8, 2018?Ģ. Tried to play today and was asked (or forced - it leaves users with no choice other than not playing the game) to accept the EULA which was last updated on January 22, 2018, although there is a later version which was last updated on May 8, 2018.ġ.
I have been playing the game up to Novemwithout any apparent issue.
